The Little Miami River rises in Clark County and flows southwesterly through Greene County, Warren County, Clermont County and Hamilton County before emptying into the Ohio River. The drainage area is about 1,750 square miles and has over 130 tributaries.

The beautiful 105-mile river and valley has been named as a National and State Scenic River. In addition, it supports many recreational outlets including 50-mile long Little Miami State Park, John Bryan State Park and Clifton Gorge State Nature Preserve and over 45 miles of paved hiking/biking/equestrian trails.
