Boone County Kentucky Fair Burlington KY August5-10 The Boone County 4-H and Utopia Fair is located at 5819 Idlewild Rd Burlington, Kentucky. The Fair was started in 1932 as part of the 4-H and Agriculture activities of the University of Ky Extension program. The current location of the fairgrounds was purchased in 1941 and the first fair on those grounds was held in 1942.
