Brushy Creek State Park

Brushy Creek State Park is located in eastern Oklahoma in Sequoyah County in the picturesque Cookson Hills just minutes west-northwest of Sallisaw. It lies on the shores of 360-acre Brushy Lake (reservoir) providing day-use and overnight camping sites, fishing and boating.

Facilities include 60 picnic tables, four group picnic canopies, over 20 RV sites with water/electric hookups, 35 other sites, three comfort stations complete with showers, horseshoe pits, two playgrounds, a boat dock and a lighted boat ramp.

The park is open year around except Area 1 which is closed during the winter months.
