Lake Tenkiller State Park is located in eastern Oklahoma in Sequoyah County about 10 miles north of the Vian exit on SR 82 and near the Lake Tenkiller Dam.
The 1,200-acre park boasts magnificent limestone cliffs, a crystal clear lake and abundant water sports including scuba diving. The lake's 12,650 acres are held back by Tenkiller Ferry dam which is Oklahoma's second tallest.
The park offers 40 rustic cabins, (some with fireplaces), 10 cabanas, 10 camping areas, and 240 campsites. There is an assigned campground, a nature center, an on-site naturalist, a community building, a swimming beach and pool, boating, waterskiing, marina with boathouse and fishing boat rentals, a restaurant and gift shop.
