Located in Umatilla County. The site includes a Chinese laborer bunkhouse from around 1883. The museum features railroad artifacts from Echo and the Fort Henrietta archaeological site.

The museum features railroad construction era artifacts, tools, historic photos, Fort Henrietta artifacts, and mementos from Echo's history. - Fort Henrietta Park is the center of a group of historical sites visitors will enjoy. There are historical panels, a replica block house, 10 National Register Sites, and directions to Oregon Trail sites. You must check in at city hall for admittance.

Both the Park and Museum are open year-round. Brochures are available at City Hall and at Echo businesses. Donations accepted.
