Lane County was a destination point for emigrants crossing the
Oregon Trail in the mid-1800s. The museum houses collections of national and local significance dating from the 1840s to the present.
See textiles, tools, and belongings which the pioneers brought with them on the long trip across the continent.
Hours: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 4 and Saturdays noon to 4. Closed Sunday through Tuesday.
The museum is located at the Lane County Fairgrounds.
