Cottage Grove Community Hospital provides 24-hour emergency care and a 11-bed medical inpatient unit in south Lane County. Additional services include, laboratory, imaging, physical, speech, and occupational therapy as well as operation Independence.

Surgery and childbirth are not available at Cottage Grove Community Hospital. Those who need those services are referred to Sacred Heart Medical Center in Eugene.

Women's health care and primary care for all ages is provided by South Lane Medical Group clinics in Cottage Grove and Creswell. Home health and hospice services are offered to south Lane County residents by Sacred Heart.
