The Oregon Guides and Packers Association (OGPA) is a nonprofit trade organization of professional outdoor recreation service providers and their affiliates. These guides and outfitters are committed to helping outdoor enthusiasts from all walks of life to have safe and rewarding outdoor experiences in the Beaver State.
