Siuslaw Genealogical Society

Programs and meetings are open to the public; usually held on the 3rd Wed. of each month, at 7:00 p.m. in the Siuslaw Public Library's Bromley Room. Come and learn about researching your family history!

A genealogy collection is the Siuslaw Public Library holds the society's books and periodicals.

The Siuslaw Genealogical Society is a non-profit organization. It's purpose is:

  • to aid researchers interested in genealogy and local history
  • to promote and stimulate interest in genealogy and local history
  • to collect and preserve genealogical and historical data, especially pertaining to the Siuslaw Valley
  • to publish a quarterly newsletter, as time and finances permit.
