The Umpqua Valley Arts Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to art education & appreciaton with service to artists and art organizations and to promote the arts through out Douglas County. With over a decade of service to the community, they have played a primary role in the cultural development of Douglas County. Managed by a staff of three, a volunteer staff and a volunteer Board of Directors.
