The Yaquina Art Association, which operates the Yaquina Art Center, is a nonprofit organization. Since its inception in 1947, the association has been a cultural force in Lincoln County, dedicated to supporting the arts. The Yaquina Art Center is in the historic Nye Beach area of Newport, next door to the Newport Visual Arts Center.
