A 19th-century brewery that operated until Prohibition. Built by Alois Bube, a German immigrant, the brewery is 43 feet below street level in a Victorian hotel that also houses three restaurants, a brewery museum and an art gallery. Tours last 30-45 minutes and are given daily 10am-5pm, June 15 through the day before Labor Day. Admission is free to the publc.
