Charlie's is located above Saracen's Restaurant and has a very comfortable atmosphere with leather couches and windows that offer terrific views of Saracen's unique architecture. Choose from a variety of top-shelf liquors while smoking your favorite imported cigar. The bars entrance is at the rear of Saracen's. The bar is open Monday through Saturday from 5:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. and Sunday from 6:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m.
