Gordon Wheeler Gallery

The Gordon Wheeler's paintings are full of vibrant colour and are realistic in detail. They include impressions gained firsthand through observation and close study of the subjects chosen. His technique has evolved through painting with oils, watercolors and acrylics working mainly in acrylics. Gordon achieved wide recognition when he was commissioned to paint the famous Ocean Course for the 1991 Ryder Cup official prints and posters.
