Douglas Macarthur Academy of Freedom

One mile south on the Howard Payne University campus at the corner of Austin and Coggin Avenues, chronicles the evolution of Western civilization. Featured are a 3,500-square-foot mural, a large electric map of Gen. Douglas MacArthur's Pacific campaigns and some of his mementos. Guided tours are available.
