This 640-acre park is located on the heavily-wooded shoreline on the north side of the 9400-acre Lake Bob Sandlin, located southeast of Mount Pleasant in Titus County. Activities include picnicking, hiking, swimming, mountain biking, in-line skating, and fishing. Eagles can be spotted during winter months.

Facilities include restrooms, lakeside campsites and primitive campsites, cottages, hiking and biking trails.
