On Lake Fork Creek, a tributary of the Sabine River, with acreage of 27,690 at conservation level. Little timber clearing when impounded, so optimum fishing habitat with record largemouth bass, blue catfish, bowfin, channel catfish and white crappie. Boat launch ramps are at Lake Fork Bridge an on the south side of lake. Maps available at dam headquarters.
