Originally the Shady Villa Inn a prominent site on the Chisolm Trail in the 19th century whose guest book was a Who's Who: Custer, Lee, Houston, Jesse James and Shanghai Pierce. The primary old frame structure is restored as a restaurant, and motor inn.
