The park contains over 2,000 stone arches, which qualifies it as the largest collection in the world. The park covers over 73,000 acres and encompasses a 40-mile scenic drive that begins at the visitor center and terminates at the parking area of the Devils Garden. Most of the park's scenic formations are accessible from the road; views of the Delicate Arch, the park's most famous natural feature, can be accessed by two trails. A visitor center offers guided hikes and campfire programs daily, as well as road guides and hiking brochures. A campground is open year-round, with water available seasonally. The park entrance is located 5 miles north of Moab.
