Surrounded by BLM land and the National Forest, the 9,000 acre La Sal Mountain Guest Ranch. They offer lodging for individuals, families and groups at reasonable rates in seven fully finished homes with one to four bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens and full baths. The Guest Ranch is just 30 minutes south of Moab, Utah on Hwy. 191 and, then nine miles east on Hwy. 46 to La Sal. La Sal Mountain Guest Ranch is a working cattle ranch, where a desert mesa meets the La Sal Mountains at 7000 feet. The ranch is a superb all-season location for workshops, family reunions, vacations and conferences. Within a short drive, you can raft on the Colorado River, fish in a mountain stream, hike or bike in desert and mountain trails, or jeep in half a dozen national and state parks. Arches, Canyonlands, and Mesa Verde National Parks and other various attractions are all within a scenic and pleasant drive.
