Cape Henry Memorial

Cape Henry Memorial is a part of the Colonial National Historical Park which is administered by the National Park Service. This area marks the approximate site of the first landing of the Jamestown settlers in Virginia. A statute of Admiral Comte d eGrasse, a granite memorial to the Battle of the Capes, and a walkway leading to the top of the sand dunes where the Atlantic Ocean and the entrance to the Chesapeake Bay can be seen.
