Agecroft Hall was the distinguished home of England's Langley and Dauntesey families, and today, it stands beautifully re-created, in a setting reminiscent of its original site on Lancashire's Irwell River. You can tour the Great Hall, manor's Great Parlour and the sleeping chambers. It also has the 1566 portrait of William Dauntesey. Agecroft Hall is extensively furnished with history with authentic pieces dating from 1485 to 1660.
