Since its founding in 1972, the Brattleboro Museum and Art Center has been repeatedly recognized by federal and state arts agencies for the outstanding quality of its exhibitions and programs. The private, non-profit organization is a non-collecting museum providing an exciting array of aesthetic and educational experiences for the enjoyment and enrichment of the region's residents and visitors. Exhibits change frequently. BMAC presents theme-based exhibits that are both thought-provoking and entertaining. Educational programs for all ages are available. The museum is housed in Union Station, a landmark on the National Register of Historic Places.
Galleries are open from May 1, 2005 - February 6, 2006, daily except Tuesday, 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
