Leaving Teachout's Wharf, May through October, on Lake Champlain the M/V Carillon, a 60-foot excursion boat, sails daily from Shoreham, Vermont. This off-the-beaten-path, 1920s Thousand Island style luxury cruise boat seats 49 passengers.
