The Ardmore Inn is a restored 1850 Victorian-Greek revival distinguished home and is centrally located in the historic district of the village on Woodstock's main street. The inn offers five guest rooms namely, Sheridan, Tarma, Tully, McGovern and Maggie's Room. The Sheridan features Queen size hand carved French walnut bed and bathroom with walk-in Vermont verde marble shower and jacuzzi. The Tarma is a secluded suite with a king size bed, sitting area with love seat and private marble bathroom. Ethan Allen furniture sets the ambiance in McGovern suite with a queen size cannon-ball style bed accompanied by two arm chairs and various maple furnishings. Breakfast and afternoon refreshments are served in the inn. Area activities include walking, biking on back roads, mountain trails, playing golf, tennis, fishing and polo matches.
