Smugglers Notch State Park

Smugglers Notch State Park is located at the base of Mt. Mansfield, Vermont s highest peak. The park is a narrow pass with 1,000 foot cliffs on either side and has been designated as one of the natural areas of the state. The endangered peregrine falcon nests in the area and can be frequently seen in the area.

The campground has 21 tent/trailer sites and 14 lean-tos. One of the two rest rooms includes hot showers.
