Columbia Winery

Search Woodinville Washington
This is Washington's oldest premium winery, established in 1962, but even earlier, Columbia's ten original founders planted their fine European cuttings in the Yakima Valley. Today those robust Columbia vineyards are the source of award-winning Cabernets, Merlots and new varietals like Syrah and Cabernet Franc.

Columbia Winery's international acclaim can also be attributed to vintner David Lake, the only US winemaker to earn the title' "Master of Wines." The wines can be purchased at the winery and at select outlets throughout the region.

The winery is situated in the countryside just a short drive from downtown Seattle. Its Victorian-style building features a tasting room and gift shop.
