Saukville is located in Ozaukee County between Milwaukee and Plymouth along Hwy 57 on the banks of the Milwaukee River near Grafton, Port Washington, Newburg, West Bend, Fredonia, and just three miles from Lake Michigan. Saukville offers the peace and serenity of a small town with accessibility to the metropolitan culture of Milwaukee. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 4,265, an increase of 570 since 1990.

Saukville is part of the Milwaukee-Waukesha, Wisconsin metro area.
