The Current, a turn-of-the-century farmhouse nestled in the Allegheny Mountains, offers accommodation facilities and outdoor adventures. A choice of antique filled double rooms with shared bath, and a suite with queen size canopied bed and private bath, along with a sitting room, is provided. A country breakfast is served. The renovated Beard Chapel hosts weddings, receptions and special events. Up to 100 persons are accommodated in the Chapel. Outdoor activities for all ages are available in the area, with mountain biking, canoing, hiking and horseback riding topping the list. Catering is offered, with assistance in planning of events.
