Alcova Reservoir has campgrounds, picnic areas, boat ramps, beaches, a marina, full-hookup campsites and hiking trails. Alcova Reservoir includes six campgrounds, 8 boat ramps, interpretive trail, and marina concession. Species of fish in the lake include brown trout, cutthroat trout, rainbow trout, and walleye. Rainbow trout and brown trout are stocked annually.
