Swift Creek Outfitters & Teton Horseback Adventures is located just north of Jackson Hole at the Pacific Creek Trailhead off Moran Junction. They offer back country pack trips in the Teton Wilderness at the historical headwaters of the Yellowstone and Continental Divide. Moss Lake, the camp sits almost in the middle of the Teton Wilderness area. Hunting trips are mostly for bull elk. Experienced guides and horses are provided for horseback adventures. Fishing trips with meals are available.
