This Sanctuary is an 80 acre site located in a federal migratory bird sanctuary along the Bow River. The site is dominated by forest. The migration monitoring station has been operated by the Calgary Bird Banding Society since 1992.

250 species of birds and mammals have been seen. Guided nature walks are available. A good site for migrants, including Yellow-rumped, Orange-crowned and Wilson's warblers, northern flicker, red-tailed hawk, tree swallows and violet-green swallows.

Inglewood is a must visit for birders visiting Calgary. The site can be visited by car or bus and a short walk. It comprises a lake, marshy pools, streams and woodland. Located on the banks of the Bow River. There are no on-site facilities.
