The tea room is located in the basement of the main house of the St. Ann Ranch and Trading Company. This large 30 room historic ranch house has been restored and is now used as a tea house with a seating capacity of 45 people inside and 25 on the outdoor patio. Museum buildings and an interpretive centre are on site. Included are a small school, post office, hospital and chapel.
