The archeological preserve along with massive sandstone outcrops display pictographs and petroglyphs created by nomadic Shoshoni and Blackfoot Indians. The local natives believed the region to be one of magical and spiritual strength. The only acces s to the preserve is through a 90-minute guided tour which departs from the preserve entrance.
