Alaska Raptor Rehabilitation Center

Founded in 1980, the Alaska Raptor Center's mission is three-fold: Provide medical treatment for injured bald eagles and other birds of prey; Educate people about Alaska's birds and environmental conservation; Conduct bald eagle research.

The Alaska Raptor Center's 17 acre campus is bordered by the Tongass National Forest.

We'd love for you to learn more about our work and support our important mission to save Alaska's wild birds. Tours are available May to September.
