Geraldo's Restaurant has been serving the finest in Italian foods in Fairbanks since 1982. Geraldo's uses only the highest quality ingredients in the sauces, salads, and breads. All of the sauces are made from scratch, from the creamy Alfredo sauce, right down to the original marinara sauce recipe for the pizzas. The restaurant has it own bakery on site, and they make their own pizza dough, sandwich hoagies, and garlic bread.
