Located on a side road off Parks Hwy at Mile 247, Otto Lake is within the Denali National Park and Preserve near the town of Healy. It can be reached by a side road at Mile 247 Parks Hwy. The lake is stocked with coho and rainbow trout.

There are beautiful views of the Alaska Range and Otto Lake. The same road continues to the Black Diamond Coal Mine at Mile 5.
