Sylacauga High School offers classes for English, math, social studies, science, fine arts, foreign language, and career technical education. It also has departements for physical education, counseling, and special education. The computer lab has access to the A+ remediation software and Accelerated Reader software program. The media center functions as an integral part of the total educational program. Co-curricular activities include band, journalism, and sports. Students Council, Spanish Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Drama Club are available.
