Addison

Surrounded by the breathtaking William B Bankhead National Forest and with the Lewis Smith Lake just south of the city Addison creates a breathtaking place to visit.


The city is almost 260 miles from the Gulf of Mexico and found in Winston County (North Region), between Double Springs and Cullman along U.S. Highway 278.
With types of fish including bass, bream, and crappie, the 21,200 acre lake is an excellent place for game fishing.
The Alabama National Forest was formed on January 15, 1918, it has many accommodations including camping, hiking, and horseback riding.
