Dadeville

Dadeville is home to many local activities in the area including golfing, camping, and boating.


Located northeast of Montgomery in Tallapoosa County (Central Region) on Hwy 280 it is the perfect location for boating and golfing. The boating at Lake Martin is excellent due to the local saying that if you are boating for hours then you will probably not see the same place twice. As for the golfing in the area, it is one of the most popular activities throughout the year. Golfing attracts many professionals to the area where they can golf year round.
The area is also home to the Horseshoe Bend National Military Park where there are civil war shows every week for residents and visitors.
The area has some excellent local accommodations like the Heart of Dixie Motel, and the Stillwaters Resort.
