Here they market whole pecans directly to customers, as well as operate a a shelling plant, a mail order business, and a gift shop where visitors can buy chocolate coated, roasted, and candied pecans. The Barn offers unique pecan treats, an ice cream counter featuring nine flavors of pecan ice cream, and a full service deli. All the pecan products are made fresh each day in the on-site kitchen.
