Livingston

Named after a statesman and jurist of the area, Edward Livingston, the city is located in Sumter (Central Region).


Livingston is situated southwest of Tuscaloosa off Interstate 20 with the Mississippi state line is nearby.
The city is a growing place with a new swimming pool, expanded industrial projects, and additions to the water system.
The city has many outdoor activities including baseball, basketball, football, fishing, boating, golf, rodeo, swimming, tennis, and volleyball.
Some of the local attractions are the Alamuchee-Bellamy Covered Bridge, the nearby Lake Wedowee, and nearby Talladega National Forest.
