North Region), 12 miles S of Russellville along Highway 5 near William Bankhead National Forest.
Some of the local attractions in the area are the Dismals Canyon and Dismals Wonder Gardens. These places are excellent to visit while in the area.

William B Bankhead National Forest close to the city also. The resevor is perfect for all water activities from fishing to motorboating while the National Forest is great for wilderness outings.
