Mountain Gap Middle School provides guidance and challenge for students, to develop environmental awareness, and to enhance the mental, physical, emotional, and social development. Besides the regular course curriculum it also offers classes for arts, physical education, and counseling at risk. The school has a choir and a band. Training in sports and games is also provided.
