Arkadelphia is located in Clark County west of Pine Bluff between Malvern and Gurdon off of Hwy 30 on the banks of the Ouachita River near DeGray Lake Resort State Park.

This community is rich in history, being one of the oldest towns in Arkansas.

Arkadelphia is the home of two outstanding universities: Henderson State University and Ouachita Baptist University.
