Heber Springs

Heber Springs is located in Cleburne County (of which it is the county seat) west of Newport between Tumbling Shoals and Pearson along Hwy 25 on the banks of the Little Red River near Greer's Ferry Lake and Dam.

The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 6,543, an increase of 915 since 1990.

Heber Springs offers shopping at the many antique and specialty shops and enchanting dining experiences at one of the many fine restaurants.

In addition to waterskiing, swimming, and boating, Greers Ferry Lake and The Little Red River both offer world class fishing only a short distance from one another and any accommodations you might have (boat rentals are available). Both bodies of water have yielded world record catches and are among the favorite destinations for Anglers across the world.
