Lake Frierson State Park

This lovely park on the shore of 335 acre Lake Frierson is known for its year round fishing and springtime blaze of wild dogwoods. Nestled in the lush forest atop Crowley's Ridge, the park offers peaceful campsites and plenty of bass, bream, crappie, and catfish angling opportunities.

Facilities include seven campsites, tables, grills, rest rooms, picnic sites, playground, trails, boat rentals, launch ramp, barrier-free fishing pier, and visitor center.

The park is 10 miles north of Jonesboro on Hwy 141.
