The Turquoise Tree Yoga Center offers private and semi private classes on yoga. Their goal is to provide serious yoga students with the knowledge, resources and confidence to teach and share with others. It also provides training facility for yoga teachers. Yoga practice consists of five key elements: breathing, exercise, relaxation, diet, positive thinking, and meditation. The practice is designed to ease muscle tension, improve flexibility, improve stamina, improve strength, improve powers of concentration, improve one's ability to focus, decrease stress and much more.
