The Park Place Inn is a 130-room, two-story motel of which 45 rooms have one king-size bed and 66 have two double beds. There are two rooms which are handicap accessible. One has a king-size bed, the other has two double beds. Amenities offered include air conditioning, bathroom amenities, hairdryer, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, refrigerator, alarm clock radio, work desk with lamp, 25" cable tv standard network and telephone-with speaker phone. There is one meeting room with a capacity of about 200, the room features a 25-foot-long bar, dance floor, DJ booth, and men's and ladies restrooms.
