The Ned A. Hatathli Museum houses a permanent collection of approximately 3,000 Native American artifacts, including pottery and textiles, native paintings and photographs, documents and manuscripts, and less traditional museum holdings.
Approximately 40 percent of the collection is exhibited in the Museum itself, and another 40 percent are on display throughout the college campus in offices, classrooms, and halls as part of an in-house loan system for college personnel and students.
The museum offers year-round classes in traditional Navajo arts, and hosts annual functions such as seasonal workshops on Dine Culture, the Native American Music Festival Art Market, Art Shows, and a Christmas Bazaar.
Self-guided tour opportunities and an on-site Cultural Center are part of the Museum's plans for future expansion.
